Saved Drafts

I cannot find “saved drafts” on the app. I have 2-saved draft listings on my computer but I cannot find saved drafts on my cell phone app.

Thanks for reporting this issue though we are looking into why they are not showing for you.

If you start a listing via the computer or the app drafts will then appear in app.

I am having the same problem.

I started a listing in the app, clicked save for later and when I tried to go to back to it - there was no option anywhere in the app to find your drafted listings. I logged in to eBay on my PC to check that I had actually saved it and I had but like a lot of people I take the photos on my phone and it is very time consuming to transfer the photos to your PC to list on the website rather than the app.

I have tried logging out of the app, deleting the app and re-installing but it made no difference.

I'm having the exact same issue with them above. Lists I created and saved for later in the app shows up on computer in "my ebay drafts," but this "my ebay drafts" menu is missing in the app.

Having this happen to me right now. Hope it gets fixed soon. I’m selling off some of my old Star Wars figures and I don’t want to have to sell them to a comic book store

I’ve listed from my iPad and they are nowhere. They only pull up online and not through app.

This is a huge problem for me. I have called tech support twice and yet the problem remains. It has prevented me from listing several thousand dollars of good on the site. I hope the get this fixed soon otherwise, bye bye EBay!!!

As a workaround until eBay actually fixes this issue you can use the desktop site on your cell phones.  This might be a bit more convenient than having to use a PC and transfering your pictures to it.  

If it reverts to the mobile site then see below.

Android:
Chrome> Ebay.com> select the 3 dot Chrome menu in the upper right hand corner> select use desktop site

Iphone:
How to request the desktop version of a website in mobile Safari
Visit the affected site in Safari.
Tap and hold the Refresh button in the URL bar.
Tap Request Desktop Site.

The website will then reload as its desktop version
When the site resets, there is a blue square menu icon in the upper left corner. It must be clicked to reveal the side bar showing the boxes to be checked for sold, complete, etc.

If the desktop site reverts to the eBay app:

If you have an Android device, then using the device manager, under Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default -- there is a setting called "Open supported links" holding that down gives three choices: "Open in this app" "Ask every time" and "Don't open in this app". Choose "Don't open in this app". Changing that setting prevented browser links from opening up in the app automatically for me.

If you have a Chromebook, open Chromebook Settings, scroll down to Google Play Store and select it. Select "Manage Android Preferences". From there the above instructions should work -- go to Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links: "Don't open in this app". Then back out of the settings and you should be all set.

If you have an iOS device, try holding down the link -- you should see some options about how the link is opened that should be remembered for the next time you open such a link.

Yo, ebay, this is bad.

Can you get this fixed quickly (though it's already been 3 months)?

Additionally, when I click on 'Selling', the only thing the app offers me if to 'List an Item'. There is no way for me go see my listings (I am guessing it is some kind of first time behavior, and it's infuriating).

@jml3on   I don't see any items listed for you on this ID.  I am using a PC.  

We are still seeing reports of members not able to access drafts on the app.
