Refuses to let me print shipping label!!

 In app and on browser, it won’t let me ship a label?! I’ve tried paying with Paypal and payout funds but nothing!

If you figure it out please let me know I can’t make a return label and dude is keeping my money and phone

Thanks for reporting. Are you still experiencing this error when trying to print labels?

If you go into the Help section in the app you should be Abel to start the return process and label.
