I am having the same issue. I updated the eBay app by mistake on my iphone 5c and have tried everything to get the notifications back including signing out and back in, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but then I read that the older phones aren't compatible with the new updates and there is no longer a way to revert back to the old version like there used to be. I'm hoping this isn't true and that there's a way to get back the older version of the app. Not getting notified on my phone when an item sells will make it difficult to ship items out as quickly as possible and I really miss the cash register sound.
