Purchase history is empty in app

Now I cannot view my purchase list. (Buying list). It says "you don't have any purchases " which is unacceptable.

I'm having the total opposite issue.  When I check my purchases I not only get my current list, but also get all purchases showing.  These prior purchases all show up as unavailable and can't be removed or filtered out.
