There’s a problem with sending messages with a photo on the app. When I try and send a buyer photos of the parcel that I’m sending out to them, with details of tracking and a polite thank you, the message facility then won’t allow me to send the message to them. Had no problem with it before and was easily able to send buyers photos of the parcel I was sending them. Now, I can write a message, but when I take photos using the messenger, or I upload photos, from my phone into the message, it doesn’t allow me to send a message.
I can do it on my computer but now it seems I can’t do it on my phone.
I’ve noticed that the app has suddenly been updated as well and wondered whether this is a technical issue.
Is anyone else having this problem?
