Printing shipping label not working with Brother printer

I'm unable to print shipping labels directly from the eBay app to my Brother HL-2280DW printer. I get the print preview but nothing happens when I tap print. 

However, emailing the label to myself and printing the PDF works every time. Has anyone else had issues printing labels with a brother printer?

Make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
