Photos and scanner not accessible on App

Hi I dont seem to have the option anywhere on using a camera or scanner on the ebay App. I've been in settings>camera but ebay not listed. Also been in ebay app but not an option about either there. Can someone advise what to do please.  thanks

Thanks for posting. Can you let us know what country you are in and share a screen shot of your home screen or a screen shot of the app after you tap the search button at the bottom.
