Oops ! No internet connection ... on iPad

Every time I try to realist an item or list similar item on my iPad I get the message "Oops ! No internet connection" and I'm unable to make the listing. Any easy fix ?.

Thanks for the post. Could you please let us know if this is on wifi only? Does your iPad have a cellular connection? Could you share a screen shot of the error.

Same here on (old) iOS 12.4.7. Happens on WIFI or cellular and on every listing I try to create or revise. Really frustrating. In fact, if I get the error when creating a listing and I tap the Try Again  button, I will get a new draft for each attempt...but still can't open any of them. 

Uninstalled and re-installed the app. I vaguely recall something similar happening on my older iPad before I got the dreaded error saying this version of iOS is longer supported. 

Cant attach a photo, but Just image search eBay oops no internet and you'll see a UK screenshot with white screen with a radio signal icon and Try Again

It appears you may be on an older version which is no longer supported.
