No Notifications

I stopped getting notifications on the app. So anytime someone sends an offer I miss it. I literally have to go on the app for it to say"new offer" it's terrible, been going on for months now.

Check your battery optimization settings to make sure that the eBay app is not being optimized or "put to sleep" when not open.

I can verify, there is a bug with notifications except I have the opposite issue.

I got the push notification say that I received a counter offer after sending out initial offers, but I don't see the counter offer in the app. I went to the eBay main screen and the selling section of the eBay app and the counter offers did not appear. The only way I could access the counter offers was by tapping on the counter offer push notification.
