The new picture loading is a HOT MESS
its not uploading the right photos I click on from my albums since they changed the format this weekend
HELP? It’s taking a half hour to list 1 right now due to it CONTINUOUSLY loading the wrong pics please call me with support fix or change it back
its affecting my listing & cashflow

—also I’ve TRIED REPEATEDLY to BEG someone to take off this lady’s NEGATIVE off my feedback I got denied. On my request I didn’t have a place to explain she LIED on there saying I didn’t offer her a partial refund when I have the messages to PROVE I DID offer it & gave her $50 exactly in PayPal I can screenshot BOTH for you I was waiting for her to return my answer on if $50 was enough due to the tiny pen spot she never did EVER I waited days- I went and sent it anyway soon after that. Can a supervisor call me about it? It had to count that I’ve had 100% PERFECT feedback almost 19 yrs here & that she lied and I gave her a ton of extra money regardless and I would’ve accepted a return Paying her ship plus extra money -she wanted to KEEP it instead but I even offered to give her more too she never responded
