Minimum offer amount not holding information

The latest update does not keep my minimum offer amount. It continues to  clear the amount - even when I go in after saving the new listing and I ‘revise’  the item and add minimum amount again - it just won’t hold the information. 
very frustrating. Please fix ASAP. 

I Deleted app and reinstalled - still same problem.
