I’ve been trying to make offers on a number of items over the past week of so, but every attempt has been met with the same error - “Attention Buyer : We are unable to send your message at this time” - see attached too taken from my iPad using the latest ebay app from the store.
If I try and push on, the submissions will end up being put through as a 0 (zero) cost and be automatically declined. This error has now stopped me from potentially buying quite a few items :-(.
