Listing images not viewable

Everything was fine this morning and then when I checked back, I can't view any images of new listings via the Android app. Most of the older listings do show.

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which made it even worse. Now, more of the listings I once viewed have pics I can't see. 

 

How do I contact ebay for tech assistance? Their contact communication has no option for app support.

Another day another broken ebay feature but you better make sure you do your part and perform flawlessly or you will be punished.  Yeah the photo system is messed up right now.  Tried both Safari and Firefox.  Down on both.

Listing images not viewable

Can we get now the invoicing issue that's been plaguing us or atleast me for months fixed?  

Small invoices seems to go through,  Invoices with 40 items won't and even one with 28 wouldn't.  Wouldn't work on Safari or Firefox.  Haven't tried Firefox in the last few days but wouldn't work on Safari a couple of hours ago.

Hi @randyshotrods! I found a ticket about members running into issues when sending invoices. It looks like it was opened in March and is still open. No updates to share there unfortunately.

2 months and no fix.  How is that really acceptable?  Is it acceptable that I wait to pay my bill for 2 months?  Seems this should be a priority issue as it is I'm having to invoice customers directly through Pay pal.  So they aren't paying with managed payments.   Kind of defeats everybody having to switch to managed payments or else. 

 

Can we please just fix what's broke and stop trying to improve what is working fine.

I have missing images too and I am on a desk top computer, so it's not the app.
