LABELS ARE FULL-SIZE

Recently, I’ve encountered an issue when printing labels from my iPhone to my printer. Although the label size is set to 4x6, it prints on the entire page instead of the correct size. However, when I print from my laptop, the labels print without any issues. I've already tried restarting the printer, but the problem persists. I have not made any changes, so I am at a loss.. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is a bug with the latest version of the iOS App. It has been reported to eBay. It was reported last week so I am doubtful we'll see an update tomorrow because of the holiday, but if eBay fixes it this week we may see an update next Monday.

In the meantime you can print from your laptop, or you can use the browser on your phone instead of the app.

it's June 2025, freshly updated the app and the bug is still here. There's nowhere in the app to change the label format.

"Under Change format select the correct size for your labels (4” X 6” or A4)" as in eBay help articles does not exist in the iPhone app.
