Keeps coming up with ‘oops there’s a problem’

Whenever I try to access my funds in seller account it uses my facial recognition, then comes up with error message.

Try clearing your app cache or reinstalling the eBay app.  Also, make sure your phone's OS and the app are updated to the latest  version. if the issue continues, switch to logging in with your password instead of facial recognition, then contact eBay support for further help.
