Are you using a browser, or the eBay app? Try another browser and see if you have the same problem.
If the problem only occurs in one browser or only when using the app, try clearing your cache.
If the problem occurs in multiple browsers, then you may have a network issue of some kind. Try restarting your phone, and disconnecting and reconnecting your network. Check if you have the same problem when using another computer on your network, if possible.
