Ive just bought a Bush Spira B3 android 7 tablet to upgrade my old Bush Spira B2 and I can't sign into eBay app at all, I get a message, in red, invalid response. Its fine on my Samsung J3 phone. Ive tried redownloading, cache clearing and fiddling with smart lock but nothing.
Can anyone help?

I ended up doing my listings on the app on my phone as I was struggling with the web eBay site on my tablet, couldn't use the crop tool, etc, but typing on my phone has its drawbacks!
It would be great to get the eBay app working on my tablet as it was so useful and quick to use.

Are you using a VPN? This issue is on the iOS board. The eBay App developers are looking into this. This may also be an issue for Android. Turn off your VPN and try again.

No am not using a VPN, the problem seems to be something relating to the tablet or settings, or perhaps the app itself. I can't even search for items that is invalid too.

I am still looking on this. The device apps team suggests the following...
Uninstall the app, then restart the device, now reinstall the app. The restart is important.
I will respond if there is any other info.
BTW. Watch the device apps boards for further info...

Ive already tried this but thanks for the suggestion. Hopefully the eBay tech team can suggest something or maybe get hold of the Bush Spira B3 tablet and replicate using the app to see if they get the issue? Might be easier to solve?
Ive emailed Argos as well who I bought it from but not sure they'l be able to help.
