Images not loading!!

Every time I open my Ebay app, my images will not load.  The format is correct and all text and designs are visible.  The images simply will not load?

I have deleted and uploaded my app from the Google Play Store several times with no results?  I am running a Samsung 9+.  This has been an issue since September 1st.

I have Samsung 9+, Ebay app 5.36.0.20.  Verizon

Any ideas or suggestions?
