PLEASE HELP!

This app stopped working yesterday so I had to uninstall and then reinstall it even though it is working again now I can no longer send or reply to messages as tje arrow in the top right hand corner of the screen that you click to actually send the message i have typed is no longer there. Has it beem moved and I cant find it? What am I supposed to do please help me im disabled and rely on ebay.

What version of the eBay app are you using? The latest version is 6.62.0.2.

I still see the arrow -- for me it appears in the upper right corner as soon as I start typing a message.

If you have switched over to the new message system, which is more like sending a text than an email, the text entry is a small box at the bottom of the screen, and the arrow appears just to the right of it in a blue circle. You may be able to switch to the "classic" message system using the "classic view" link at the top of your message inbox. If you are already using the "classic" message page, you should see a line at the top that says "We've updated messaging. Try it now" where the underlined portion is a link.

If you are unable to send a message using the eBay app, you may still be able to send a message using a browser by going to ebay.com and from there to your message inbox.
