When I select "filter" only the "sort" list drops down. I keep pressing "filter" in different areas of the box and, still, only the "sort" list drops down. Rarely, the filter list drops down. This is a recent problem.

Thanks for the post. Can you take a screenshot of the menu you are referring to. This will help us troubleshoot.
