If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!!!!

 

With my past feedback remarks saved I could leave a number of feedbacks in minutes. Now you have to type in every single feedback. And if you copy and paste it doesn't always accept it. Fix real problems and quit making changes that aren't needed and just waste more time.

Couldn't agree more! If I had 10 feedbacks to leave, it had my saved remarks from before and I could zip right through it. Now I have to type each one individually. Takes 10 times as long. Who dreamed up these changes? You'd swear it's a bunch of children.  All you have to do is look at the new seller hub.

Agree 100%. It is such a pain to type feedback on my phone, especially when the vast mahority of the time, it’s the same positive feedback.

Agree!  I also used to simply find those buyers who have already left their feedback so I could know if they were satisfied and reply to them first. How long has this new way in place?

Agree.  The new feedback method stinks.  Go back to the original.  Waste of time on the new feedback large content.  Totally stinks

Now it is not only harder to leave feedback, you can’t leave negative feedback for 7 days! What is up with that?

 

There must be more to this I don’t understand. Most all of my feedback for sellers is over the top positive yet every now and then there is one deserving negative feedback for selling deceptively or trying to scam buyers, so why should I have to wait to say so?

 

Beyond this, now I can’t seem to find anywhere to leave feedback for eBay itself either and this was my one way to let them know when they are failing me as a customer, not to do stuff like this to us. Maybe they don’t want to hear it or know, but they should because not listening to us only makes us leave or feel resentful toward their company. I’ve had sellers get out of negative feedback after selling me something and days later saying they don’t have the item or by stalling so long that their feedback option expired. Playing bad seller games shouldn’t be rewarded and it doesn’t help other buyers avoid them.

I had trouble with a buyer about an item that took too long to receive and way too much money to get to Canada through Global. Twice I was told I didn't do anything wrong then E pickpocketed me for $11.84! The buyer disagreed with them, told them so, and then they told ME to fix it!

I agree, CHANGE IT BACK! As of today I can't even see feedback left for me and I can't see if I have left feedback for a buyer. Why delete the summary page that had everything in one place? Now we need to go to more pages and the "reply button" doesn't work.

The problem is eBay, has programmers and customer service that doesn't even sell on eBay and have no idea what works and what would help.

This new feedback forum is TERRIBLE, it's not user friendly and now I can't see if customers are leaving feedback so I can leave the feedback.  Another ill thought out programmer garbage page.

No, I can't, because you changed it and there is no way to access the old page. Also, it's not the mobile app, it's the old feedback forum page that you made less user friendly and causes us to click more buttons to get to more pages to see what was once all on one page.  Do you understand that?  Who the hell is rubberstamping and coming up with these changes?  Because it sure as hell isn't normal, long-time Ebay users.

 

Do you understand that?  I can't even go to a cached page anymore to take a screenshot.  You people roll out these updates all at once instead of waves and cause these problems, over and over and over again.

 

I now see that you removed my "watchlist" from the MyEbay page and I don't see how to customize the page to add it back.

 

Seriously, knock this stuff off.  I know that people threaten that they will leave every time you roll out these changes/updates, but I have no doubt that people are giving up after the past 2 years of seller hub and managed payments implementation along with dozens of technical glitches that don't and won't get fixed with each update on top of the technical glitches before that.
