Error message in eBay app when I’m having a phone conversation while using my eBay application

Hello. I just got the iPhone XR and my husband and I realize that every time we’re having a phone conversation (we plug our headphones in, so we can converse while using other apps) our eBay app gives us an error message and we have to restart our phones and end our phone call in order to get it working again. We never had this issue before! Please fix this error, as it’s nice to be able to multitask! I have the latest 12.1 iOS software and my eBay app is the latest 5.27, as well.

Thanks for posting and providing details on what is happening. Could you attach a screen shot of the error you are seeing when you are on the phone with headphones in.
