Ebay mobile app issues

I am not able to log into the eBay mobile app.   I am able to log into my account using a computer.    I have deleted and reinstalled the eBay mobile app and still not working.

What operating system version number are you using?

If your operating system is not recent enough and cannot be upgraded to be compatible with the eBay app, delete the app and use a mobile browser to reach ebay.com instead.

Today I was able to get it working by deleting the eBay app and reinstalling.   Thanks
