Did ebay change how sellers send offers on the app?

When I try to send offers now using the app, its trying to get me to send bulk offers as a certain percent off of my price. Even if I try to only send one offer on one item its only allowing me to put in a percent amount. This is very frustrating because I like to send offers individually and will base my offer on how many views/watchers the item has and then take off an amount of the price of the item based on that. I don't want to have to try and calculate what percent that will be then go back and type in the percent off I want to send. This change has made me send less offers because I will now wait until I can get to my computer in order to send offers the way I always have. I really hope this change isn't permanent or I can opt out somehow because I will be sending less offers throughout the day and only when I have access to my computer.

Theres not a work around @wastingtime101 even in the comments on that post users are showing there isn't a drop down menu. My app doesn't have a drop down menu either.

Yes, but my app doesn't have that option either. It only shows the items in a list with the check boxes next to them. It doesn't show that "send offer" portion that he shared a screenshot of. I'm also using an iphone, to me it sounds like they didn't have this roll out planned out properly for all devices since people have different options based on the device their using.

I'm also on iOS. This is what works for me.

Click on your active listings. At the top, change the filter from All to Send offer eligible.

Once your listings are filtered you should see a "send offer" banner above each item. Clicking on that will enable you to send a single offer with a dollar amount.

If you don't click the send offer banner and instead check the box next to the listing, then click the blue send offer button at the bottom, you will be taken to the screen to set a percent.

Can you try to duplicate those steps and see if your results are the same as mine?

Yeah, with the app updated that banner is gone. Same as you, it's only a percentage - no dollar amount option.

Hey elizabeth@ebay or kyle@ebay - can one of you please find out if this is the intended function? For offers on the app to remove the dollar amount option and force sellers into setting a percent off?

I had this experience, when I had multiple items available to send offers I could only send a %, but if I got my listings available to send only 1 then it went back to being able to send a $ amount like it had before.

I spoke with Martin an ebay rep in specialist dept. He stated problem would be resolved today, Friday. Still not resolved. Called back and Jose made another priority claim (so he says he did) to tech support. He also stated there is no time frame when it would be resolved.

This appeared to be fixed yesterday, I was able to send offers like normal. Now it has reverted back to the percentage format. Extremely irritating and a major hindrance on my ability to send offers. WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED???
