Description Removed if you Change Title

Description is being removed if you change the title. Also, if you change the shipping service, it leaves the EBay generated shipping service in auto-generated description. I am having to type title and weigh my item before typing any description. Then making sure I don't make any changes to my title before listing my item or all my description disappears. Waste of time and have to change my entire process. Changes are causing me to make less money and not list as many items.

Every month I change the title a little bit so it goes higher on the search for all my 2000 items in store 2 . stores and the descriptions never disappear.

Thanks for the reports. Just trying to clarify, if you go into revise a live item and change your title the whole description is being removed?

I resisted over 100 items from 2 stores today and purposely changed the title on ALL of them. ALL descriptions are intact.

I think it is the MOBILE problem because I aways use a MAC. The MOBILE listings on Ebay always have lots of flaws.

I just started for the first time and I've had no such problems. I changed the titles to remove something and nothing changed elsewhere.

After thinking about this for awhile I think its because when items are listed and changed using a mobile device instead of a regular or laptop computer Ebay wants to save space in their system. Their software is older and not up to date. Descriptions take a lot o space .
