Custom Label (SKU) issues mobile app Android

I do not have the Custom Label (SKU) option when I list a item either on the desktop or mobile app. I can go back on the desktop and go to active listings and scroll over to the Custom Label (SKU) after I have made a listing and able to edit to add the location.  I should be able to do this step when I list not after I list and have to revise it on the desktop only. FYI I only list on the mobile app not the desktop so this is more a mobile app Android issue. I started my current account 6/22 and never had the Custom Label (SKU) option. I have another active account since 2016 and have always had the Custom Label (SKU) available in the item description. These are both personal accounts not subscription stores. I'm I missing something or has something changed? FYI I did uninstall the eBay mobile app and reinstalled. No change with Custom Label SKU missing but overall look did change once updated. Please help I can't keep listing without inventory locations.

I'm not able to get a custom sku on my computer or phone (android). I've been calling Ebay every day for about a week, and they keep saying there I.T. department is working on it. Meanwhile, I payed to upgrade my monthly store, because I thought it would help with the issue, and now I  have a house full of sourced products waiting to be put into the shelves and bins in my garage that I spent hundreds of dollars on.  I have almost 400 listings from starting at the beginning of August, which none have a number or placement. I've recently started having a hard time finding things when they've sold. Pretty frustrating. My wife is **bleep** off because the house is full of stuff. And would be pointless to put it all in the garage, just to take it back out and organize it when the custom sku starts working. Any recommendations of what to do in the meantime? I feel like I'm losing time and money over an issue that should not be taking those long to figure out. Ebay is one of the biggest companies in the world...

Ebay you need to address this!!!!! I'm reading in the Youtube comments on reselling and other people seem to have this Custom Label SKU missing or they don't have the UPC barcode field. Its one or the other or both are missing. It seems to be reguardless if you have a store subscribtion or not. 

I feel the same as nicsnaks-1, I'm only listing things that are small to put in boxes and sell quick so i don't have to search for items.

I've been facing same issue, Custom Label (SKU) field is not available on my mobile app when I'm listing anything, I have to come to desktop and add the SKU details which is a hassle.

I used to have SKU field in mobile until couple of months, it's same mobile, same version of android. Probably some app update messed it up.

Please look into it, not having SKU label in app will end up some item being lost and sale cancelations. elizabeth@ebay

It's located in item specifics on the app @vintitup .

It used to be, but for some reason it's not there anymore. 

It used to be the last field in item specifics below MPN, but it is not there anymore.

I guess it has something to do with some version/OS compatability.
