I cannot close a purchase, I already received an offer and I cannot buy it

If you were watching something and received a offer to buy at lower price, you do not have to buy. Discounted offers are sent to everyone watching an item, not just you.  If you made an offer and it was accepted or won an auction, then yes you will have to buy or take a non payment strike.

only the seller can close a purchase. yeah you can buy it if you made an offer or you bought the item or an received offer means at a lower price the seller gives
