I had problems with a card I tried to purchase the robot with 

I got a new card and when I click on pay now it does nothing 

I can’t even get in my settings to enter the new card information 

please please help as I don’t want to be late on my payment

Are you able to complete the purchase if you use a browser to go to ebay.com and then to your Purchase History page?

If the problem is specifically with the eBay app, make sure you have the latest version for your operating system:
