Cannot delete item from purchases item number 122666453146

I have the exact same issue. It's deleted on the main site using my desktop, but it is still there on my app. tried to sign out, delete app, clear cloud; nothing works.

Thanks for the post. Are these items a part of a grouped order? Currently grouped purchases cannot be removed from the apps.
