Application trading error

I keep getting application errors on my listings. Either when I am first listing an item and it wipes out my description details and freezes and now I am trying to repost an item but says I need to add postage. That was on the listing but now has disappeared and I cannot re add it to the listing. Very frustrating

Thank you for reporting this and sorry you are having issues getting the items to post. Could you post a screenshot of the application error you getting in the app?

hi. I am still having awful problems with the app and unable to complete listings due to either the description glitching out with a trading application error or a blank screen appearing for postage. Has the app recently had an upgrade as never used to get these problems? This is urgent as cannot list items

Thank you for showing this and sorry it is slowing down your listings. We are investigating this, in the meantime can you try finshing the listing on the desktop listing flow.
