App update

I need to update my iPad to iOS 17 but my iPad can’t take that update it says use a older update but when I click to down load nothing happens

How to update your eBay app

If you're on iOS 16 you'll be able to access an older version of the app. If you're on iOS 15 you'll have to access eBay via your device's web browser and you'll want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
