On the home screen of the app there is a red dot that says I have two items to ship. When I click the red dot it says I don't have anything to ship- which is correct. The two items were a buyer requested cancellation almost two weeks ago. The cancellation went through 10 days ago and doesn't show up anywhere else except when I look at the app. When is this going to fall off? I have tried logging out, deleting the app, reloading and it is still showing two items to ship. I contacted regular customer service who couldn't help.

hello, it's probably because you had a buyer request to cancel an order and you cancelled it but its still under the "sold items" on your desktop.. goto your my ebay account on your desktop and delete those items.. they probably say "ship now - past due" even though they are not because they are cancelled and you wont see them anymore in your app. Hope that helps.
