What operating system version number? What app version number?
If your OS supports the eBay app, try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and then install the latest version of the eBay app again. The restart should ensure a clean install.
If your OS does not support the eBay app, delete the app and use a mobile browser to reach ebay.com instead.
