App missing information

My latest ebay update from 9/18 is missing some crucial steps when listing . When listing it give the option to select calculated shipping  but then when you

go to select the service there is no where to enter the dimensions nor the weight of the package . Only gives option of selecting free shipping or to enter an amount ( which could cause me to over charge or undercharge ) on my shipping fees . I called ebay to to avail , said it would be referred over to tech support and it still hasn’t been fixed . No way to download a pre ious version on iPhone . Fix the problem ebay , really hurting my listings .

Auto parts but I have since tried under several catagories and same thing .

Hi...i recently updated the Ebay App In November 2018....hate the layout...older version was awesome and FAST for listing. However now ....media mail option is now missing... and package selection type is also not available (  such as ...large package...envelope....letter etc. Selection )........only shows package demension input option and weight input option....by chance did you find out anything?.....i called them as well and got zero helo other than they just said...  " use the desktop version" ...I list 100% on my cell as my desktop computer is down.....just thot id ask....thanks.

Thanks for the post. Those options should still be in the app, could you please email us a screen shot of the shipping section of the app and let us know what category you were listing in.
