App keeps saying switch to web browser to list

My app keeps saying switch to web browser to list, but when I try listing on the web browser it signs me out as soon as I try to load a picture.

Try a different browser.

As far as I can tell, this was only affecting sellers that had excess business policies; policies not assigned to any listings.

The issue was fixed a couple hours ago so anybody that was waiting to list or make edits should be good to go. @rachjo_90
