App crashes

The app keeps crashing every time I try to start a return the app just crashes

I have tried to delete the app and then get it back but I am still getting the same problem every time I try to open a return request the app just crashes.

Thank you for that extra detail. Can you take a screenshot of the screen you are on before the app crashes and email it to us at iosfeedback@ebay.com. This will help in troubleshooting.

This is the last page I am seeing I try to click return the item then it just crashes. I have also sent an email to that email address

Thanks we are still looking into this. Could you send us a screen shot of the item that you are attempting to start the return for to the same email.
