Hello, my eBay account works just fine on web browser but doesn’t work at all as an all. I’m signed in but nothing loads , it’s all grey.

What version number of the app are you using?
Have you tried uninstalling the app, then restarting the phone, and then installing the latest version of the app?

Mine is doing same thing. Works on browser but not app. Version 6.125.0
ill uninstall and turn off then reinstall as you suggested
