Stopped working with latest iOS

Thanks for reporting this. Can you please try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and then reinstalling the app.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on my iPad. That did not correct the problem. I don’t have the option to purchase the label since I’ve done the latest iOS update.

Yep. 

At first after updating to iOS 13.1.2 it wouldn't open so I deleted the app.

For a day or so it wouldn't download from the App Store. 

Managed to download it yesterday but now it won't open.

When I try to open the app, the loading screen appears (white with eBay logo), hangs then the window closes and the phone goes back to the iOS home screen. The ebay app is still "running" on the phone but if I try to go back into the app, it hangs at the loading screen and then goes back to the iOS home screen again.

Interestingly the ebay app has 1 notification attached to it but I have no new notifications when I log in via laptop and   I can't view the notification obviously. It may be a notification saying that I need to log in to my eBay account on the app but I'm not sure.

Same problem for me.  Cannot print labels from iPad since update.  I have to go in on my husband’s laptop to print now.  Very inconvenient.

Same problem, I have to go to website to print lable...VERY INCONVENIENT with the holidays right around the corner.

Download the the label to print or it will be too small!

Same problem just after the latest IO update, i also deleted it and now it won't download, as you say it keeps spinning around, tried switching the phone off and again try to download from the app store and no luck. My Amazon app still works will  buy from them instead. 🙂

Thanks for the report. If the app is not downloading from the App Store there is an issue with iOS and not the app. Can you try once again:

• Delete the app
• Restart device
• Visit the App Store and download again

I’m having the same issue. Can’t reinstall app on my phone.

I installed Catalina on my desktop Mac and now I can't upload any photos in Chrome or Safari. I get "Image Error CLERR002" in the photo box. This is a really bad time to not be able to list new items. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I’m having the same problem.

I have updated the OS on my iPhone, deleted and reinstalled and still have the blank screen and then crashing of the app. The only thing that seems to work is turning off my phone and then turning it in again. I then get the error message that the ’transaction couldn't be completed’ (with none pending) and I can use it again - for that day until I have start all over again the next day. Really not close to being good enough, eBay. Why hasn't this been fixed already? It's not like you aren't aware of the problem!
