your payment didn't go through

i tried to purchase 4 items ,but my payment was denied . i received this message "your payment didn't go through , so the order was canceled. please pay for this item again. "

after that , i checked my bank account and saw that these 4 items were charged.

i contacted the sellers, but they said that they didn't receive any request or payment. i also checked my transaction in my ebay account, and there is no transaction. i want to know what should i do to receive my money back or complete the purchase and receive the items?

please help me
