the buyer makes a return, have a problem..

  b.  why from "Nikita Litvinov" ship to "Crystal Hill"?
the sender must be Crystal Hill... am i right?

  c. Track is not active, UPS do not have any information about this track

This parcel has never come to me !!!

error when sending the return - this is an obvious mistake buyer!!!
