some additional information to create a seller's account. error in ebay account

i am using m2e pro magento extension. all m2e magento setting are complate fill aftre generate  "Before you can list this item we need some additional information to create a seller's account" error.

please  check my account and instructions what you should change/add in my eBay account settings.
