items being relisted automatically

I am having a problem with all my listing where variation listing where item have been sold are being relisted and the sold item section now turning to zero. I have called ebay and sent messages and it is happening.

from what I am seeing even though some items have been sold, when I check, all the quantity available are resetting to the same value as the initial quantity. 

with this said, buyer are going to buy items that I have run out and I will not be able to send.

unfortunately for me to resolve this, the only way is to retake inventory of all my listing and update again removing items that I have run out.

anyone facing the same issue.

Many are having this problem.  Ebay is aware of the issue and tech is working on it.

If you do experience an out stock sale because of this glitch ebay staff said it was okay to cancel as problem with buyers address so you don't get a defect.
