Deai Sir/Madam,

My name is Hao Phi Thai. I have just applied  eBay Extras MasterCard®. When I registered the information, in the middle name box, I cannot type my name is Phi. I can only typed P. That's why I worry that my name appear on the new card will be Hao P Thai instead of Hao Phi Thai. Actually, I would like my name will be HAO PHI THAI. Please make sure that my name on the card will be HAO PHI THAI.
