cancel order for local pickup item bought by someone out of state

am posting to forum as ebay is 'upgrading' & not available for chat.

i naievely tried to accommodate an out of state buyer of an item i sold that was clearly designated 'local pick up only'.

the local friend she said would pick up could not keep an appointment & then didn't call back.

the ebay choices for cancelling a transaction are very limited so i chose the 'problem with buyer's address', since this is

the fulcrum of the issue, that she is out of state.

will she be able to enter negative feedback & ruin my clean record?

will i be able to have it removed based on her out-of-stateness with regard to a local pick up item?
