Website - missing features

About 2 weeks ago the eBay website stopped displaying some of the features on the left side of the screen...like being able to choose USA only, or New items, or Free shipping.  I tried clearing my cache but they still aren't there.  Are they gone for good?

Those left side filters are still appearing for me.

What browser are you using? Try another to see if it makes a difference.

Usually if a page loads better in one browser compared to another, the problem is related to the browser cache or eBay cookies in the original browser. In some cases add-ons like ad blockers can cause an issue, so it might be worth disabling those.

Some Firefox users are having problems with Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection; try disabling that if pages are not displaying properly in Firefox.
