I tried contacting the customer who sold me some lights but I havent got a response back from them in over a month. I purchased some HID lights and they came with a 2 year warranty, the lights only lasted me about 8 months and I want to return them so I can get another set. I contacted the seller but have not got any response back. How do I report this to ebay?

| Dear 2453dee, I purchased some light bulbs from you on Dec 31 of 2014 and both bulbs have since burned out. The second bulb just went out this Saturday so I am now back with my stock bulbs back in. Can you please let me know what i need to do in order to take advantage of your 2 year warranty since it has only been 9 months since my purchase.
