Unable to pay using Paypal

1. Click "Buy It Now"

2. Select the "Paypal" radio button

3. The entire window gets covered by a message:

 PayPal

 Don't see the secure PayPal browser? We'll help you re-launch the window to complete your purchase.

 Complete

4. Click "Complete".  Nothing happens.  I've NEVER seen this message before.  There is no way to pay using PayPal anymore.

Close all browsers, restart your computer, sign back in, try again.  If that doesn't work, throw your computer off an overpass.
