Trademark infringement

I had a coach necklace listed and was told it was a fake and it was removed for trademark infringement. It was a gift from my sister who swears she bought it at Coach. Anyway, I was told it could be listed as a piece of costume jewelry without refering to the coach name in any way. This is how I re-listed it:

Designer Inspired Necklace in Silver Plate & Multi Colored Enamel Discs Necklace

Well guess what.....pulled again for trademark infringement! So frustrated....any ideas?! DID NOT use the designers name whatesoever in any way, shape or form.
