To pay using PayPal, direct debit, or credit card, you must live in the same country as the seller

Hi All,

I just made some purchases and the last one with lower price items just did not go through.

And my order was showing a message stating that the sellers had not received the payment yet (I used paypal).

Then tried again and I got this message during the checkout process:

To pay using PayPal, direct debit, or credit card, you must live in the same country as the seller. Please select a different payment method.

Does it mean that the sellers may not want to pay any kind of commission to paypal/CC vendor for cheap international purchases OR is it just a problem due to making many purchases on a new account ?
