I sold an item internationally without the Global program.  I purchased the label the same way I always purchase.... through eBay, yet for some reason the tracking did not automatically upload to the item.   I tried to manually add the tracking and I keep getting this message : "The tracking number is already associated with a different transaction."   The tracking isn't associated with another item becaue it is the label for this item that I sold.  **bleep**?   I can't get paid until feeBay sees that it's been delivered and I can't prove it because feeBay won't let me add the **bleep** tracking number!!!
